SEE MY DESIGN!
North Carolina League of Women Voters
is striving to create a new specialty license plate.
My design was chosen to represent the League.
In order to approach the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles to request authorization for the plate, the League will need to gather 500 prepaid plate applications.
